1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by lawinplay through the website lawinplay.asia (the "Platform"), you ("the Player" or "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with lawinplay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lawinplay. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gambling under the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a resident of, and physically located within, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of lawinplay or any of its software or service providers.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction identified on lawinplay's restricted territories list, which is updated periodically.
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

lawinplay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on lawinplay, you must create a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Maintain only one account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
• Notify lawinplay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

lawinplay reserves the right to decline registration applications without providing reasons and to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. Deposits made to your lawinplay account via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, or any other accepted payment method are credited to your account balance following successful payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. lawinplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Before your first withdrawal is processed, lawinplay requires completion of identity verification (KYC), including submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (UMID, passport, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID) and, where applicable, proof of address.

4.3 Processing Times. lawinplay endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are set out in the Platform's banking section. VIP account holders may be subject to elevated withdrawal limits as specified in their VIP agreement.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lawinplay offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback incentives, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each Promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are fulfilled using eligible games only. Contributions from restricted game categories (typically live casino and certain table games) may be reduced or excluded — refer to each Promotion's specific terms.
• Promotions have expiry periods. Bonus credit and any associated free spins not used within the stated period will be forfeited.
• lawinplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who lawinplay reasonably determines are exploiting Promotions through low-risk, hedging, or irregular play strategies will have their bonus balances voided.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated tools, software bots, artificial intelligence systems, or scripts to interact with the Platform or influence game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes initiated with payment providers in bad faith.
• Money laundering or any conduct that may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information to lawinplay at any point.
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access your account.

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of lawinplay or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of lawinplay.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lawinplay, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. lawinplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lawinplay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect service availability without giving rise to any liability on lawinplay's part.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

lawinplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation.
• At the player's own request, including in the context of a responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority direction.

Upon account closure for cause, lawinplay reserves the right to void outstanding bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification requirements.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through lawinplay's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments

lawinplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
